Safety mask production against corona pandemic
Jonas & Redmann supports the engagement against the COVID-19 pandemic by supporting the development of national production capacities for safety equipment. A flexible production platform enables the mass production of Corona SARS-Cov-2 pandemic respiratory masks.
Safe respiratory masks are essential to contain the coronavirus pandemic. The Jonas & Redmann high-speed assembly line produces up to 150,000 safety masks per day. The line thus sets a standard in terms of output with high quality.

The engineering process was accompanied by a Berlin-based supplier of protective equipment. The masks provided by this company are particularly innovative with regard to the processed material and the resulting protective effect of the masks.
As with all products from Jonas & Redmann, the design of the production line is modular. The modular principle allows the machine to be easily adapted to different mask types – for all applications for protection against the corona virus. High-quality components are used which meet the underlying medical requirements and guarantee a safe, high-quality end product.
