This system is for the separation of anodes, cathodes and separator sheets cut from rolls.

This separation process is conducted by laser. The separation by laser offers a high level of flexibility in regard to the actual shape of the cut edge. Furthermore, it ensures an excellent quality level of edge cut. By using a more cost-effective alternative approach, it is also possible to separate using a blanking tool. The individual sheets are transferred to a magazine where they are stored until needed for the next process stage, and thus automatically fed along.
This type of system is configurable for laboratories, pilot applications and its usage in mass production.
