This system is for cell compound production and is carried out using the single-sheet stacking approach.

For the production of a pouch cell, a stacking process is generally used. Hereby, electrode sheets are stacked in a repeated order of anode, separator and cathode. This is then repeated until a certain height of stacked sheets has been reached and the stack is then fastened. The material feed occurs either directly from the roll or from magazine-loaded single-sheets.
This type of system is configurable for laboratories, pilot applications and its usage in mass production.
Single- or Multi-stack platforms
Stacking speed < 1s/ per sheet

Format flexibility within a single system
No cross-contamination of anode and cathode materials
Delicate handling of electrode surfaces and edges
Material feed either from a roll or magazine
Visual inspection of input materials
Integrated mode for stack fastening with adhesive strips
