This system is for the filling of batteries with electrolyte. Various process-influencing technologies can be configured individually. An essential aspect of system design is safety engineering.
Electrolyte filling takes place after the cell stack or jelly roll has been placed in the packaging. The main requirements of this process stage are in regard to ensuring homogenous electrolyte filling. In addition, a reliable sealing is essential. This is achieved through a sealing process or with the use of a welded sealing cap.
This system is configurable for laboratories, pilot applications and its usage in mass production.
