The Pouch Packing system is for the packaging of an electrode stack into a pouch pack. A major focus of the system design is the fixation of the individual components during the stacking process
The packaging process places the electrode stack or jelly roll into the packaging material and seals it with either a pulsating seal, contact seal or laser welding process (prismatic cell). The molding process of the pouch foil can be integrated into this processing step.
This system is configurable for laboratory and pilot applications, as well as for use in mass production.
