Integration of JRT Photovoltaics
With effect from 1 January 2018, the Jonas & Redmann Group GmbH, Berlin, has fully integrated their JRT Photovoltaics GmbH & Co. KG (JRT Photovoltaics) subsidiary in Malterdingen/Germany into Jonas & Redmann Automationstechnik GmbH, Berlin. With this, the Jonas & Redmann Group has integrated all production locations into a single group company.
Legally, this addition means that JRT Photovoltaics, with all its contractual rights and obligations, is to merge with Jonas & Redmann Automationstechnik GmbH.
As part of the integration and resulting simplification of the internal processes within the Jonas & Redmann Group GmbH, all orders of the photovoltaic industry will be handled exclusively by the Jonas & Redmann Photovoltaics Production Solutions GmbH, Berlin.
The addition of JRT Photovoltaics to Jonas & Redmann Automationstechnik GmbH will further strengthen the levels of cooperation and collaboration at both locations as well as improve general performance levels.
The entire management and all employees are to be taken over by the Jonas & Redmann Group, thus guaranteeing continuity for both customers and suppliers.
